Critical Support Ltd is dedicated to the installation, maintenance and repair of the emergency services’ vehicles nationwide. With our team of service engineers we offer a wide range of tailored plans, designed especially to meet our customers’ every need.
Our Core Business
Critical Support Ltd’s expertise includes but is not exclusive to the installation and servicing of tail lifts, oxygen systems, air conditioning and heater systems; the identification and repair of electrical faults; along with general vehicle repair and maintenance. In our current or any economic environment, we know that ‘value for money’ counts. Resultantly we work closely with our clients to ensure that costs stay down. An efficiently maintained fleet is a cost effective fleet with positive crews because they know their equipment is reliable. That is where we come in. We make sure it works and keeps working. This speaks of how important we see our role in your business. Customer service is everything. Critical Support Ltd. works closely with our clients to set aside appropriate time to carry out relevant works. We strive to limit downtime and disruption to your fleet. Critical Support strives to supply support to as many of our clients’ service and maintenance needs as possible so as to limit the need for fleets to suffer from multiple ‘down days’ in the year. These are costly and frustrating for our clients. Since our inception our suite of products has expanded and it will continue to expand because our clients know they can trust us to follow through on our commitment to quality and efficiency. Our Products & Services
Critical Support Ltd. gives priority to breakdowns. All calls are given a maximum response time of 24 hours – the majority are responded to and repaired in 4 - 8 hours. Regardless of time (normal working hours or outside these hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays), all callouts are responded to in the same manner.
The Critical Support product suite is second to none. We are the only authorized National Service Agent for Stryker and Webasto products for the emergency services. Therefore we have full access to the dealer portals to ensure and supply dealer back up on these products. We are also the longest approved and most recognized service agents for Oxylitre in Ireland. Our technicians are also fully trained on a range of other products including Ricon, Brawn & Ratcliff and highly experienced in the installation, repair and maintenance of their products.
